David is a Director of Spring4’s West End office and focuses on providing strategic advice and transaction services to companies in the West End. He has worked in the City of London for a number of years and has expertise in national corporate real estate, investment purchase and disposal transactions, office agency and tenant representation.

Ben is a Director of the West End office. His area of expertise is advising companies on their commercial property needs. He has over ten years experience working with companies in the UK & USA.

Chris joined Spring4 in 2006 having completed a BA in Political Science at Birmingham University and an MA in Property Valuation and Law at Cass Business School. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008 and now specialises in City of London office agency and national investment.

Kelly has been a integral part of Spring4 since inception and assists with a wide range of roles as well as providing accounting and Property managment to our Private Client Asset Management functions.

Edward joined Spring4 as a surveyor in April 2008 having completed a BA in Theology at Cambridge University and an MA in Property Valuation and Law at Cass Business School. His areas of specialisation include tenant advisory roles and educational and charity occupier representation.
