He has a broad skill base in corporate real estate consultancy and deal broking, and runs a number of major national consultancy projects including acquisition, disposals and strategic alignment.

A founding director of Spring4 having been at Lambert Smith Hampton and Lambert Smith and Partners for over 24 years. Ian started out practising in West End agency work for both tenants and owners, advising on property acquisition and disposal. He went on to specialise in City agency, with an emphasis on the insurance market, particularly in EC3.

A founding director of Spring4, John spent six years with Lambert Smith Hampton and a similar amount of time before that training at Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers Erdman Lewis. He now practices in the City of London and across the UK, and has a wide range of experience acting on behalf of both tenants and owners in various capacities.

David joined Spring4 in the summer of 2003, having qualified two years before at Lambert Smith Hampton. He was promoted to Associate Director in 2004 and focuses on central London agency and investment transactions. He has extensive experience helping companies realise value and to develop creative strategies both in disposal and acquisition situations.

Chris joined Spring4 in 2006 as a graduate surveyor having completed a BA in Politics at Birmingham University and an MA in Property Valuation and Law at Cass Business School. He is now seeking to become a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Ben joined Spring4 in March 2008 and is a Director of the West End office. His focus is representing companies on their commercial property needs. Prior to joining Spring4 he worked for Colliers International in San Francisco as a real estate broker providing his clients with advice in the process of acquisitions. More recently Ben was part of King Sturge’s London West End team.
