He has acted for a range of companies both small and large across the sectors with a particular emphasis on the insurance industry.

Mike joined Spring4 as a graduate surveyor in May 2009 having completed a BA in Business and Economics at The University of Exeter. Mike is now also completing an MSC in Real Estate. His areas of specialization are City of London office agency and tenant advisory.

Chris joined Spring4 in 2006 having completed a BA in Political Science at Birmingham University and an MA in Property Valuation and Law at Cass Business School. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008 and now specialises in City of London office agency and national investment.

Kelly has been a integral part of Spring4 since inception and assists with a wide range of roles as well as providing accounting and Property managment to our Private Client Asset Management functions.

Edward joined Spring4 as a surveyor in April 2008 having completed a BA in Theology at Cambridge University and an MA in Property Valuation and Law at Cass Business School. His areas of specialisation include tenant advisory roles and educational and charity occupier representation.
