Spring4 represented WD-40 on the freehold purchase of 252 Upper Third Street. Following a visit to San Diego to see the client’s new global HQ, Spring4 worked closely with the UK leadership to formulate a long-term vision for their new European HQ, which culminated in the purchase and extensive remodelling of a three-storey building in central Milton Keynes. After the purchase, Spring4 Project Management compiled an expert team of designers and engineers and led the delivery of a major remodelling of the building that included obtaining necessary planning advice followed by the construction of a glass atrium roof, bespoke 8.5 tonne helical staircase, R&D lab, gym and open-plan office space.
