Modern slavery and human trafficking

Spring4 Group opposes slavery and human trafficking in all its forms.

We are a London based firm of independent commercial real estate consultants and project managers and are a member of and regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Accordingly, we are subject to mandatory professional and ethical standards.

Our annual turnover is under £36 million and we are not required to make a modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. However, we are making this voluntary statement to show our commitment to ethical trading principles and to set out the steps we are taking to tackle modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and in our supply chains.

Our supply chains are mainly made up of the following:

  • Professional consultants who provide services to us in connection with the delivery of our services to our clients; and
  • Service providers who provide office and business establishment services.

We are committed to ethical trading principles and to acquiring goods and services without harm to others.

We do not employ zero hours contract workers and we only engage reputable service providers and consultants who are all based in the United Kingdom.
