Spring4 represented Bupa on the acquisition of three floors at Angel Court, Bank EC2 totalling approximately 55,000 sq ft. Bupa relocated its HQ from a self-contained building in Bloomsbury to a new, environmentally friendly, state-of-the-art base in the heart of the City of London. As part of the relocation strategy, Spring4 provided initial advice and financial models for the planned sale of the existing freehold office. We worked closely with the client’s senior management team, steering committee and other external suppliers to understand the project’s key objectives and achieve an optimal outcome.
