Description

Spring4 represented Axis Capital on the pre-letting of three floors at The Scalpel, EC3 totalling 45,000 sq ft. This project involved the consolidation of two merged businesses from three locations into a single, world-class HQ on the doorstep of Lloyd’s of London. Spring4 Project Management delivered the fit-out of Axis’s new London home, achieving BREEAM Excellent certification along the way. Spring4 also managed the physical relocation process, which included the use of a 20,000 sq ft short-term ‘swing space’ location.
