In 2010 Spring4 worked with RSA’s CRE team to devise, present and execute a five-year UK-wide transformation project that saw the business rationalise its portfolio by consolidating and strategically relocating certain offices. This included moving the global HQ to 20 Fenchurch Street where RSA took approximately 80,000 sq ft. This transformation project significantly enhanced the efficiency and quality of the portfolio and resulted in RSA being able to drive maximum value from its estate.
